Lab & Corporate Facility for Resins & Coatings Industry

Project Overview

In 2025, we delivered a turnkey Design & Build project for a leading resins and coatings company, spanning three levels of a high-rise facility across 16,469 sq. ft. The project was executed on a fast-track schedule, balancing high-performance laboratory requirements with modern corporate functionality.

The 5,000 sq. ft. laboratory zone features ductless fume hoods, precision ventilation, modular workstations, epoxy-coated worktops, and integrated safety systems including canopy hoods and emergency eyewash stations. A dedicated biosafety laboratory with HEPA-filtered ventilation and seamless interior finishes was also incorporated to meet stringent compliance standards.

The office levels include executive cabins, meeting rooms, open-plan workstations, and a cafeteria with breakout spaces, all designed to support team collaboration and daily productivity.

Our turnkey scope covered civil interiors, modular furniture, MEP systems, gas lines, and custom ventilation, resulting in a fully integrated, compliant, and future-ready facility.
