R&D Lab for a Multinational Pigments Company

Project Overview

We recently completed a turnkey R&D laboratory project for a multinational specialty chemicals company in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. Spread across 9,100 sq ft, the facility was designed to support advanced research and analytical applications for organic pigments used in paints, inks, and plastics.

Our scope included complete lab design and build services, covering civil interiors, MEP systems, and customized laboratory furniture tailored to the client’s workflow requirements. The lab was also equipped with advanced Eká Fume Hoods to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performance research environment.

In addition to the laboratory spaces, we also designed and developed the office interiors, including conference rooms, breakout areas, pantry spaces, and common passages, creating a modern and collaborative workspace that complements the facility’s research operations.
