Project Overview

We recently delivered a turnkey laboratory and workspace solution for a leading biopharma company in Hyderabad. Spread across 9,000 sq. ft. over two floors, the facility was thoughtfully designed to support modern biopharmaceutical research while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and seamless workflow integration.

The project included the development of key spaces such as the reception area, breakout zones, workstations, and collaborative office environments, all designed to create a professional and productive workspace. On the laboratory side, we built advanced formulation labs, analytical labs, and hallway lab spaces equipped to support high-performance biopharma research and testing activities. A dedicated training room was also incorporated to encourage continuous learning and team development.

By combining functional laboratory infrastructure with well-planned office interiors, we created a cohesive environment that supports innovation, collaboration, and day-to-day operational excellence for the client’s growing biopharma operations.
